Happy official first day of spring! It's been spring for a while here in Northern Cal. My eyes are itchy, I am sneezing constantly and my car is covered in yellow pollen. Between sneezes, I have been able to get some long runs in, which have been wonderful and a perfect way to enjoy the high 70 degree weather.

I'm happy that it is spring for you...but I'm sure you know that back in the lovely Midwest it most definitely is not! :) Hope you are enjoying the outdoor running, I can't wait for that here!
