Matlacha (pronounced Matt - Lachey, like Nick Lachey, only Matt) is a artsy little town in SW Florida.
[We took a little drive through the town, every house that we saw had a backyard that has a dock.

My mom brought me to a fish market for lunch. Sooooo good. The shrimp was amazing! And if you remember, consuming as much fresh seafood as possible while in Florida was on our agenda.]
Grouper (above) caught from this boat (below)...We also consumed this grouper, it might just be my most favorite fish in the entire sea. Loved it!
