10 years ago today, I was sitting in a Soil Physics class (yes, that is a real class). We pulled a television into the classroom to watch the events unfold. What a day, so hard to believe that it has been 10 years. Feels so much longer than 10 years, but at the same time just feels like it's been months since we watched that second plane hit the tower.
Today, I drove around town and saw more American flags flying than I have ever seen before. It brought a tear to my eye. (I am my mother's daughter.) The patriotism is brimming here, there and everywhere.
