Part of highway 680 in the East Bay was shut down today, so I looked up the traffic report to see if Mike should take an alternate route home...this is what I saw. Scrolling from the top down, nothing seemed to be out of place...even the red numbers didn't alarm me so much. But it's the numbers just below the red lines that were a bit alarming...
Either Superman just flew faster than a speeding bullet at Highway 24 West, or Houston, we have a problem.
(Side note: the reason that 680 was shut down was due to a shoot out this morning during a routine traffic stop - our thoughts and prayers are with the CHP officer that is in critical condition.)
