A walk in the park

Mike got up this morning and researched the East Bay Park Systems and found a great botanical garden in Tilden Park for us to visit. It was a beautiful day for a hike. It was a great park that we will most definitely be going back to because of the proximity to home, and the park is just really big to begin with so we didn't even scratch the surface. It was a lot of fun and after we wondered around we drove out a different entrance and found ourselves on Berkeley's campus. We haven't explored Berkeley much yet but as it turns out the football stadium was open today so we made our way down to the field to check it out. All in all a good day.

[there was a wedding going on in the park and this was decorated for the bride and groom]
i fancied the picture up on picnik.com. A fun little site to play with color and edges and stuff.
